We’re Catherine and Katy, two sisters who adopted a plant based diet after we both battled breast cancer and overcame it several years ago. We’re now a mission to spread the word about the benefits of a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet and living a vibrant lifestyle. Changing the way we eat and live is hard so hard we offer plenty of ways to incorporate transition one step at a time.

I am Catherine Haffey, wife, mom, tennis coach, graduate of the Dr. T. Colin Campbell Plant Based Nutrition Studies program and working on getting certified as a Health Coach. The impact of breast cancer left me with positive messages that I wanted to share. Yes, it was scary and it was hard. At first, I wasn’t even sure if I was going to live. But what I learned through the battle has taught me so much that I felt called to share these life lessons.
First, I believe that we all need to take more responsibility for our own health. I learned that what we put into our mouths has a direct impact on our health, sleep, work, and even mood.
Second, I know that changing habits is downright tough. That’s why my sister and I are coming together in developing a program including steps, tips, ideas that will help anyone who wants to feel better, have more energy, maybe lose some weight, look younger or who just wants to get healthier. Join us on the path to wellness!
I am Katy McPeek, wife, mom to boy/girl twins, tennis player, avid runner and breast cancer survivor. Being diagnosed with breast cancer at 33 years old changed my life, surprisingly for the better. My breast cancer journey forever changed my perspective on life, and what is really most important.
Going through every stage of the journey from diagnosis to treatment to recovery was really tough, but there are many positive experiences I want to share. After I survived cancer, I changed my diet to a Whole Foods Plant Based diet and I can honestly say I feel the best I have ever felt! I honestly believe that what we eat affects our overall health and mood.
That’s not to say change isn’t hard because it is, and that is why my sister Catherine and I want to share some tips on how to transition to this way of eating. We are hopeful that our transition program will help you on your journey to a more happier, healthier and vibrant you. We would love for you to join us and live the good feeling life!
