Scale

Ingredients

1 cup almonds

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 cup sunflower seeds

3 tablespoon dried cranberries or raisins

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup pure honey or brown rice syrup

1/2 cup pepitas

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

3 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cover a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper

Combine all nuts,  seeds, cranberries or raisins  with the honey and coconut sugar.  Mix well so that honey is evenly distributed. Use your hands if necessary to coat.

Pour the granola into the prepared pan and press down . Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until surface is lightly toasted. Let cool slightly.

Melt and chocolate chips for short increments ( 15-20 seconds in the microwave at a time), stirring and adding the coconut oil.  Stir until satiny smooth. Pour melted chocolate over the granola and let completely cool before cutting into squares.  Store in air tight container and freeze if desired.
