What does the government recommend?
For healthy adults~ Choose one
*150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity ( like brisk walking ) + at least 2 days of strength training working all of the major muscle groups.
*75 minutes of higher intensity exercises ( such as running or jogging) + 2 or more days of strength training of all muscle groups.
*Combination of vigorous aerobic activity and moderate activity days with at least 2 or more days of strength training.
* If a little is good, a lot is better! Yep, more benefits were reaped from 300 minutes or more of exercise a week.
