Hi friends! Hope everyone is having a great week. I know I’ve discussed the power of gratitude journals in the past, but I came across one recently that I wanted to share.
This journal comes from the magazine The Power of Mindfulness and this new spin on journaling is inspired by Christie Zimmer (check out her website christiezimmer.com for more ideas)
As Christie says, this journal is helping us make more sense of our daily experiences so we can make better sense of them. How great is that!
I’m attaching a picture of her journal of “today’s highlights” that I think is very unique. You can also take inspiration from this and make it your own. This goes beyond the simple gratitude journal that I use and truly helps you take this to a new level of personal awareness.
