Quinoa Porridge with Cacao and Berries


Takes , serves Yields 2 servings.


  1. In a medium sized bowl, add the cooled quinoa, agave, cacao and salt and stir until all is incorporated. Alternatively, heat quinoa in microwaveable bowl and then add rest of the ingredients.
  2. Add splash of non dairy milk of choice to make porridge creamy to desired texture.
  3. Serve into 2 portions and top with variety of fresh berries of choice.
  4. Taste for sweetness and adjust accordingly.
